When will my order ship?

Our products are made to order. Production typically takes 1-3 business days before shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times are:

• United States: 2-5 business days

• UK: 2-3 business days

• Northern Europe: 5-15 business days

• Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

USA: Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, wrong color choice, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@thetabbyco.com within 7 days of delivery.

EU and UK customers are entitled to return their order. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return, at info@thetabbyco.com.

Exceptions – Non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, such as items featuring a customer's name, photo, or other personal customization. These products are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not gone into production or shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

First, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or delivery carrier.

If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier using your tracking number.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we may offer custom orders depending on availability. Please contact us at info@thetabbyco.com with your request.

What size should I order?

Please check the sizing chart listed on each product page before ordering.

For a more relaxed fit, many customers prefer sizing up. For a more fitted look, choose your usual size.

How should I care for my item?

For apparel, we recommend:

• Wash inside out

• Use cold water

• Tumble dry low or hang dry

• Do not bleach

• Do not iron directly over the design
